What Koreans Really Eat At Home
Welcome to Blonde Kimchi
Annyeong, I’m Sunju. I was born and raised in Seoul, but two years ago I moved to Europe for love.
I started Blonde Kimchi after realizing that the ‘Korean’ food known abroad is often not that Korean at all. (The day my boyfriend asked me why I didn’t add Gochujang to our Kimchi Jjigae, I knew I had to step in!)
My goal is to bridge the gap between the viral Korean dishes you see online and the ingredients you actually have in your fridge. Whether you are craving a late-night K-Drama snack or a comforting home-cooked meal, I’m here to show you that authentic Korean food doesn’t have to be complicated.
Let’s bring the true taste of Korea to your table.
Where should we start?
