Let’s make the easiest Korean side dish in just 5 minutes — Korean sausage stir fry!This is one of the quickest and simplest Banchan (Korean side dishes) you can make in Korea. It’s also a favorite among Korean kids.
1tbspoyster sauce(The substitute ingredients are mentioned above.)
1tspsesame seeds
2tbspcooking oil
Instructions
If you're using small cocktail sausages, use them as they are. If using long sausages, cut them into about 3cm (1 inch) pieces to match the size of cocktail sausages.
Make shallow cuts on the sausages to help them bloom while cooking.
Heat a little oil in a pan and stir-fry the sausages until the cuts open up and they start to brown.
Add sliced onion and bell pepper, and stir-fry until slightly softened.
Add 2 tbsp of ketchup and 1 tbsp of oyster sauce.
Stir well to coat everything evenly.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve hot!
