Method
Prepare Ingredients
Chop the kimchi into small pieces.
Slice the ham thinly.
Beat one egg in a small bowl.
Dip the sliced ham in the beaten egg mixture, making sure it is completely coated.
Stir-Fry the Kimchi
Heat cooking oil in a frying pan.
Add the chopped kimchi and stir-fry.
Once the kimchi is cooked, add 1 tablespoon of sesame oil and stir-fry for another 20 seconds.
Cook the Ham
Heat cooking oil in a frying pan.
Cook the ham until golden brown on both sides.
Make the Fried Egg
In the same pan, fry one egg sunny-side up.
Assemble the Lunchbox
In the lunch box, add a bowl of rice.
Arrange the stir-fried kimchi.
Place egg-coated ham.
Crush the seaweed.

Place the fried egg on top of the rice.
