Ingredients

  • 4 shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 egg
  • 3 pinches salt
  • 5 turns black pepper
  • 2 tbsp cooking oil

Equipment

  • 1 steel pan
  • 1 Knife & cutting board
  • 1 spatula or chopsticks (to stir fry)

Method

  1. Remove the stems from the mushrooms and cut each into 5–6 pieces.

  2. In a bowl, mix 1 egg, salt, and black pepper.

  3. Add the mushrooms to the egg mixture and toss well.

  4. Let it sit for 5 minutes so the egg absorbs into the mushrooms.

  5. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the cooking oil. Sauté the mushrooms until cooked.
