1 microwave safe bowl:
Method
Prepare the Corn Cheese
Mix 6 tbsp of the corn kernels
with 1/2 tbsp of sugar
and 3 tbsp of mayonnaise.
Add one packet of ramen seasoning and mix well.
Place one slice of cheese on top
Place in microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds
Stir well to finish the corn cheese.
Cook the Noodles
Boil water in a pot and cook the noodles.
Add the vegetable flakes to the boiling water.
Once the noodles are cooked, strain them and set them aside.
Assemble the Ramyeon
Place the cooked noodles in a bowl.
Top with the prepared corn cheese.
Final Touches
Add half a slice of cheese on top.
