Ingredients

  • 1 pack ramyeon
  • 6 tbsp corn kernels
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tbsp sugar
  • 1.5 slices slice cheese
  • 1 pinch chopped green onions optional garnish
  • 1 pinch black pepper optional garnish

  • 1 Pot
  • 1 microwave safe bowl:

Method

Prepare the Corn Cheese
  1. Mix 6 tbsp of the corn kernels

  2. with 1/2 tbsp of sugar

  3. and 3 tbsp of mayonnaise.

  4. Add one packet of ramen seasoning and mix well.

  5. Place one slice of cheese on top

  6. Place in microwave for 1 minute and 30 seconds

  7. Stir well to finish the corn cheese.
Cook the Noodles
  1. Boil water in a pot and cook the noodles.

  2. Add the vegetable flakes to the boiling water.

  3. Once the noodles are cooked, strain them and set them aside.
Assemble the Ramyeon
  1. Place the cooked noodles in a bowl.

  1. Add half a slice of cheese on top.
