BTS Jungkook’s viral ‘Rajuk’ ramen porridge recipe: mix noodles and rice, follow easy steps, and enjoy a trendy Korean comfort dish at home.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Korean ramen (spicy soup ramen, I used Jin Ramen)
  • 500 ml water
  • 1 bowl cooked rice (Jungkook uses konjac brown rice, but regular rice works fine)
  • 1/2 tbsp buldak sauce
  • 1 tbsp perilla oil

Equipment

  • 1 medium pot
  • 1 Spoon
  • 1 chopsticks
  • 1 Bowl

Method

  1. Break the ramen noodles and seaweed into small pieces.

  2. Pour 500 ml of water into a pot. Add the ramen soup base, flakes, and Buldak sauce. Bring to a boil.

  3. Once the water boils, add the cooked rice and ramen noodles.

  4. Add the sliced seaweed and cook until the water slightly reduces.

  5. Drizzle perilla oil and sprinkle Korean black pepper to finish.
  6. Optional: Garnish with extra seaweed.
