Method
Break the ramen noodles and seaweed into small pieces.
Pour 500 ml of water into a pot. Add the ramen soup base, flakes, and Buldak sauce. Bring to a boil.
Once the water boils, add the cooked rice and ramen noodles.
Add the sliced seaweed and cook until the water slightly reduces.
Drizzle perilla oil and sprinkle Korean black pepper to finish.
Optional: Garnish with extra seaweed.
