Method
- Break the ramen noodles and seaweed into small pieces. 
- Pour 500 ml of water into a pot. Add the ramen soup base, flakes, and Buldak sauce. Bring to a boil. 
- Once the water boils, add the cooked rice and ramen noodles. 
- Add the sliced seaweed and cook until the water slightly reduces. 
- Drizzle perilla oil and sprinkle Korean black pepper to finish. 
- Optional: Garnish with extra seaweed.
