Method
Thinly slice the onion.
Heat cooking oil in a pan, sauté the onion until golden, then set aside.
In a pot, bring 350 ml of water to a boil, add only the noodles, and cook for 1 minute 30 seconds.
Add the liquid seasoning, sautéed onion, and cheddar cheese. Stir well and simmer over high heat until the sauce thickens.
Once the sauce is almost gone, transfer to a plate.
Drizzle with mayonnaise, sprinkle with the seaweed flakes from the Buldak pack, and top with an egg yolk.
