Ingredients

  • 1 pack Buldak Ramyeon (Original flavor work best)
  • 6 tbsp Canned Sweet Corn
  • 3 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1.5 slices Slice Cheese
  • 1 stalk Green Onion (Chopped, optional)
  • 1 pinch Black Pepper optional garnish

Prepare the Corn Cheese
  1. In a small bowl, combine 6 tbsp of corn kernels, 3 tbsp of mayonnaise,1/2 tbsp of sugar and one packet of ramen seasoning. Mix well until every kernel is evenly coated in the creamy mixture.

  2. Top the mixture with the cheese slice and heat in the microwave for 90 seconds. Once melted, stir until the corn is fully coated.

Cook the Noodles
  1. Boil water in a pot and cook the noodles.
    1 pack Buldak Ramyeon

  2. Add the vegetable flakes to the boiling water.

  3. Once the noodles are cooked, strain them and set them aside.
Assemble the Ramyeon
  1. Place the cooked noodles in a bowl and top with the prepared corn cheese.

  2. Add half a slice of cheese on top, garnish with chopped green onions and a sprinkle with black pepper.

Notes

  • Spice Level: If you are sensitive to spice, only use half of the Buldak sauce packet. The corn cheese will help, but it will still be spicy!
  • Mayo Tip: Don't be scared of the mayo. It cooks down into a rich oil that makes the sauce creamy, not heavy.
