Equipment

  • Pot
  • 1 Fry Pan
  • 1 Spatula
  • 1 Strainer
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 tsp

Ingredients
  

  • 100 g Somyeon(Korean wheat noodles) Thin wheat noodles are fine
  • 1 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1.5 Tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 Egg
  • 1.5 tsp Sesame seeds for sprinkling on top

Instructions
 

Boil the noodles

  • Boil water

  • Cook one serving of noodles.

  • Rinse the noodles in cold water and set aside.

Make the sauce

  • Mix them all:
    - 1 Tbsp soy sauce
    - 1.5 Tbsp oyster sauce
    - 1 Tbsp sugar
    - 1 Tbsp sesame oil.

Mix the sauce with the noodles

  • Add the sauce to the noodles

  • Mix well.

Topping

  • Top the noodles with a fried egg.
