Ingredients

  • 100 g Somyeon(Korean wheat noodles) Thin wheat noodles are fine
  • 1 Tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1.5 Tbsp Oyster sauce
  • 1 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Tbsp Sesame oil
  • 1 Egg
  • 1.5 tsp Sesame seeds for sprinkling on top

Equipment

  • Pot
  • 1 Fry Pan
  • 1 Spatula
  • 1 Strainer
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 tsp

Method

Boil the noodles
  1. Boil water

  2. Cook one serving of noodles.

  3. Rinse the noodles in cold water and set aside.

Make the sauce
  1. Mix them all:
    - 1 Tbsp soy sauce
    - 1.5 Tbsp oyster sauce
    - 1 Tbsp sugar
    - 1 Tbsp sesame oil.

Mix the sauce with the noodles
  1. Add the sauce to the noodles

Topping
  1. Top the noodles with a fried egg.
