Method
Steam mandu (dumplings) in the microwave for 3 minutes.
Mix all the rose sauce ingredients in a bowl.
Cut mandu (dumplings).
Pour the rose sauce over.
Top with mozzarella cheese and parsley.
Microwave for 2~2.5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
