300gfrozen shrimp
2burger buns
10gparsley
4pcspickles
1/2red onion
1/4onion
1/4cabbage
Wasabi Mayo
1tbspwasabi
6tbspmayonnaise
1tbspsugar
0.5tbspvinegar
0.5tbsplemon juice
2pinchdried parsley
Equipment

Method
Prepare the Shrimp Patty
Remove the shell, tail and any internal organs from the shrimp.
Chop half of the shrimp into large pieces and the other half into fine pieces.
Season chopped shrimp with salt and pepper.
Finely chop 1/4 of an onion.
Mix shrimp, finely chopped onion, and 1.5T starch.
Shape into thick patties and freeze for 20 minutes.
