Ingredients
1croissant
2tbsphoney
1tspsugar
1scoopice cream(vanilla or your favorite flavor)
1tbspchocolate syrup
Equipment
1 Rolling Pin (or a bottle)
1 Frying pan
1 baking paper
1 heavy pot
1 Spatula
Method
Flatten the croissant using a rolling pin or bottle until it’s thin.
Place the croissant in a pan, lay baking paper on top, and set a heavy pot on it to press it down.
Toast over medium heat until crispy.
Sprinkle sugar and drizzle honey on both sides of the croissant.
Toast again until it becomes golden and caramelized.
Top with a scoop of ice cream and finish with a drizzle of chocolate syrup.
