Method
Boil the noodles
Boil the Buldak noodles in water until they are slightly firm (about 3 minutes).
Drain the water and mix the noodles with the Buldak sauce from the packet.
Prepare the eggs
Crack 3 eggs into a bowl and beat them well with a whisk or fork.
Cook the omelet
Heat some cooking oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and allow them to cook until the edges start to set.
Assemble the omelet
Place the prepared Buldak noodles on top of the eggs in the pan.
Add the sliced sausage and cheese on top of the noodles.
Fold and serve
Carefully fold the omelet in half using a spatula.
Cook for another 2 minutes until the cheese melts and everything is heated through.
Garnish
Sprinkle Buldak seaweed flakes on top of the Buldak omelet.
