Method
Slice the sausage into 1cm thickness and chop the green onion finely, and prepare them.
Pour cooking oil in a pan and fry the sausage until golden brown.
Beat the egg in a bowl. Push the sausage to one side of the pan and scramble the egg.
When the egg is 70 percent cooked, add 1 bowl of rice. Add the buldak sauce and oyster sauce there and stir-fry quickly on high heat.
Use a rice bowl to make a dome shape fried rice.
Put it in a bowl and plate it by putting green onion on top. It's also delicious if you sprinkle roasted seaweed flakes on it.
